What we collect

Our enquiry and free trial forms ask for your name, email address and phone number, and your child's first name and age. We deliberately do not ask for your child's surname or date of birth at the enquiry stage.

How we use it

We use the details you give us solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to arrange your child's free trial class. We do not sell your information, add you to marketing lists without asking, or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.

Enrolled families

If your child joins the school, registration, bookings and payments are handled through our ClassManager portal, which has its own privacy policy. You can read it at our ClassManager portal.

Photographs of children

Photographs of dancers are only used for promotion with permission, and you can ask us to remove any image of your child at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us on 07891 936973 and we will sort it out.
